Founders
Gene was born and raised in Ocala. He is a graduate from the University of Florida with two degrees in law and engineering. Gene provides critical compliance oversight for Accent Insurance Group. Cheryl is the proverbial mother at Accent. She is responsible for contract evaluations, operational oversight and management. She makes a mean Thanksgiving dinner too.

Ted has been a driving force for Accent since 2006. Ted has established himself as an industry leader in the health industry with a focus on Medicare. His leadership has been integral for Accent's growth in the Nature Coast area. This has made him a unique and irreplaceable asset for Accent expansion. He currently heads up our satellite office in Spring Hill, FL.

Brian is a third-generation advisor. He entered the his field in 2001. He previously built and subsequently sold The Trilogy Group in 2018. At Trilogy, Brian worked with wealth and retirement plans spanning from oil drilling endeavors on the Permian Basin of Texas to helping Annexus create the largest distribution of retirement income using individual retirement accounts. Brian’s moto is “BE BETTER BRIAN”. That constant desire to move beyond the status quo has delivered consistent value for his clients. At Accent his role is to offer very specific, safe strategies to deliver growth while eliminating market risk.
